Oscar-akademiið sigur at sjónleikarin Will Smith var biðin um at fara út úr salinum eftir at hava givið komikaranum Chris Rock ein lúsing, men at Smith noktaði.
The Academy has issued a statement stating that Will Smith “was asked to leave the #Oscars ceremony [following the Chris Rock incident] and refused,” and that they “recognize [they] could have handled the situation differently.”
