Following the press statement published by Klaksvík Municipality on VP.fo today claiming that Tummas J. Lervig holds no role or chairmanship within the Port and Industry Committee (Havna- og vinnunevndin), we are enclosing definitive, timestamped proof that directly contradicts their narrative.
Attached is a snapshot of the live search engine metadata indexing text served directly from www.klaksvik.fo immediately prior to the current technical dispute. As you can see, the municipality’s own active site code explicitly registered and advertised Tummas J. Lervig as "formaður" (Chairman) to the public.
This proves that if an error exists, it was actively generated and broadcast by the municipality's own servers, raising serious questions about the administrative transparency they claimed in today's statement. This evidence has been formally placed onto our active case file with the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
